Dinner Party and Night Out.
I've always loved Dinner Party, it is hilarious. But Night Out? I can't believe how much I laughed! I don't remember it being as funny as it was. (The getting stuck in the office part was still, for the most part, lame. But the rest was awesome.)
I think that The Duel and Prince Family Paper were two of the better episodes this season. Emotional, heartbreaking, with funny moments that don't slap you in the face, and most importantly, the office workers are interacting as they should be.
Season 5 isn't perfect, but at least it's better than season 4. Next step: get me an episode I want to watch over and over again, season 3 style.
I hope everyone has a wonder and prosperous 2009!
2008= Pretty good!
2009= Hopefully even better!
Just wanted to wish everyone, who celebrates the holiday, a Merry Christmas!! (And if you don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you are having your own Happy Holiday!)
I said this last year, and I'm saying it again-
Who needs mistletoe when you have a dumpster?
I just saw a commercial for Richard Simmons on David Letterman. In one scene Richard was standing on Dave's chair, so Dave said "I ain't Oprah, get off the furniture."
It made me laugh out loud.
All kinds of awesomeness.
Go see this movie. It was hilarious.
And Tom Cruise? Wow. So freakin' funny. The whole cast was great, but I really do think Tom Cruise stole it.
Hilarious!
BTW- I've watched Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, and should I be ashamed to say that it isn't that bad? It's not something I have to watch regularly, but it is kinda cool. Dean is hilarious and obsessed with sex. Tori has her moments, but generally she's a lot cooler and down to earth than I expected.
I just watched Definitely, Maybe. Absolutely LOVED it.
Man, that was the first good romantic comedy I've seen in a long time. For a minute I was going to call out bullshit and boycott the whole damn thing, but it turned out OK. More than OK.
Good stuff.
